The following is a demo of an existing Squash club facility. You are welcome to browse it and make whatever entries you like. We will not bill you for booking courts on our virtual squash club.

As a non member you can view the available court times for any day in the next two weeks. To accomplish this just CLICK HERE

It is worth while to become a member because then you can manage your playing times on-line from anywhere on the internet.
In the real world,(Membership is available to anyone whom purchases or has a current pre-pay card. Once you have signed up your on-line facility will become active while your pre-pay card is valid.)
Here in the demo you can test the system by becoming a member on the demo system as we ignore financial matters.
You will be notified by email on all matters regarding your financial and active booking status.
Additionally the system is set up to remind you and or your playing partner about your booking the day prior to the event.
From the links on the left of your screen you will be able to plan and manage your playing times more effectively than ever before.

If you wish to become a regular player with a fixed booking(s) every week this facility is also available. When the system automatically adds a new days page to the event table (two weeks in advance) your permanent booking will be added in then.
If there is a space on the permanent booking schedule then it is yours when the next creation day arrives. However because prior casual bookings will sometimes conflict with your new permanent booking (for up to two weeks) the system will notify you of any conflicts. This will still leave you able to make a casual booking on-line at a different time during the conflict.
This is an additional facility for your convenience not a replacement for face to face discussion of your needs. We like talking to our valued clients and will happily manage your bookings over the counter if that best meets your needs.

This system is the brainchild of David from A to Z Computer Solutions Ltd and may well be adapted for other reservation work. There is no capital cost involved just a nominal per booking fee. So if you are connected with other organisations needing this type of facility then please contact David.
